A report about the Lack of Interest in Sports Among the Students of Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bahagia

                                                  I have recently conducted a survey among the students of SMK Bahagia. The result of the survey show that among 2,000 students from form one form five, only 200 world choose sport as their preferred leisure activity during their spare time . That number is only 10% of the students population.
                                                       Among the reason cited by the 1,800 students who did not choose sports as their preferred activity is their own attitude towards sports. Many of them assume playing sports involves getting hot , dirty and sweaty as well as being occasionally sunburned.
                                                     The students also complained about their lack of time . Many of them commented that this was caused by the longer school hours and also because many co – curricular societies , such as uniformed bodies, hold extra meetings on weekends.
                                                       Not only that, many of the students complained about parental factors. According to them , their parents place an excessive amount of attention on academic work. Many of them have stated that it has become an obsession with their parents to make them excellent in academics .
                                                        Some students also complained that school have insufficient equipment. Due to the lack of equipment, many students prefer doing other activities that doing sports, because they were not able to do what sports they want to play.
                                                         The fields are also in a poor condition due to heavy rains, causing the dirt to be muddy and that they were never taken care of. It is difficult to play in the field with long grass, and maybe infested with snakes
                                                          It is very well suggested help the students to be aware of the importance of sports. As sports have a lot of positive impacts, like avoiding sickness, improving our immune system ,  and more.
                                                          A seminar with the student’s parents should also be held, which will hopefully motivate them to encourage their students. The parents may help encourage their students and provide them with proper sports equipment and facilities.
                                                          The school may also sell or earn money through fairs to earn more money so that the school can improve the facilities. Improved facilities would be able to facilitate the students to help make them choose sports as their preferred activities.
                                                              Finding qualified and skilled trainers may also be a great solution. Skilled trainers would be able to coach the students with ease and the students would understand better.
                         Last but not least, the school should provide attractive prices to students so that the students will be attracted to do sport and make the them more encouraged.

        A few days ago Bandung 2 hours heavy rain that caused flood. This flood happened on 24th of October 2016. It had been the worst flood in 10 years. This flood soaked 15 districts such as Bojosaong, Cileunyi , Majalaya, Ciparai, Pameungpeuk, Banjaran, Arjasri, Cicalengka, Cangkuang, Solokan Jeruk, Baleendah, Dayeuhkolot,Katapang , Rancaekek and  kutawaringin.               A  fidget spinner  is a type of stress-relieving  toy . A basic fidget spinner consists of a  bearing  in the center of a design made from any of a variety of materials including brass, stainless steel, titanium, copper and plastic.
